Yin Zhen is the name given to traditional, authentic white tea.

High quality hand-picked and processed silver needles, pure bud, white tea from Da Si village in Feng Qing county of Lincang .

The tea is picked, wilted slightly and then dried using a warm wind tunnel. It is fresh and fruity in flavor. The infused brew is almost clear and laden with lots of hairs from these buds.

Delicate cinnamon spice aroma when brewed. Thick and sweet.
