Kabuse cha

Excellent Japanese green tea of great finesse, from Shizuoka Prefecture. Grown under shades installed above tea plants to block 50% to 75% of the sun's rays, allowing tea plants to develop more chlorophyll and theanine and less tannin. This bud tea is a beautiful intermediary between a gyokuro and a sencha.

A sweet length in the mouth with marine accents is preceded by velvety flavors, a little sweet, with vegetable notes reminiscent of spinach.
