Lung Jing Meijiawu

Also called Imperial Dragonwell or Emperor's Long Jing. First picking of spring, this tea is the reference of green tea in China, as well as the national tea. Long Jing is the best known Chinese green tea outside of China.

Two leaves and a bud that appears on the infusion, give a pale yellow liqueur, silky, delicately sweet, refreshing, with characteristic notes of roasted chestnut. Super fresh with soft vegetal length. Long Jing are invigorating and have a reputation for keeping the mind lucid. It has been dubbed the tea of writers.
