Margaret's Hope SF

"Second Flush" (summer picking). From Margaret's Hope plantation near Kurseong in Darjeeling, at an altitude of 2000 meters. This summer picking, with whole leaves, contains a lot of golden buds. The cup is generous, deliciously astringent, with a subtle aroma. The bright and sustained liquor is explained by the higher proportion of Assamica tea plants, which is perhaps common in Darjeeling. It is very long in the mouth, with classic notes of muscat.
