Peacock Feathers

Organically grown in Zhejiang Province, at an altitude of 2500 feet, this green tea is picked by hand in March and April, before the May rains. The leaves, rolled by hand, give a clear cup, a beautiful green with delicate and fresh flavors. The vegetal and fruity notes testify to a quality spring picking.
