Sencha Akita

This sencha from Hunan, China, is hand-picked in the spring, and steam-made according to the Japanese method.

Like all sencha, the leaves have the shape of flat, green and shiny needles and give a greenish-yellow, full-bodied, herbaceous liqueur with sweet notes of honey and butter.
