Asamushi #2

Sencha Asamushi is grown in Japan in mountainous regions. The whole leaves kept a beautiful shape of thin and long needles, thanks to a short desiccation of 30 seconds.

They give a pale liqueur, golden green, which reveals a vegetable sweetness all in finesse, with sweet bitterness.
