Sencha Fuji

From the Jiangxi region of China but in the style of a Japanese green tea. This tea is cooked by hand and made in the Chinese style, roasted in a vat.

A brilliant green infusion with an intensity of flavors and a slight bitterness. Ideal to accompany a sushi or fish meal.
