Tie Guan Yin

35% oxidized. Coming from the Fujian region of China, at an altitude of 2500 feet, the Ti Guan Yin is the best known of the wulongs. The beautiful large whole, curled and dark green leaves give a pale, greenish-yellow liquor. Oxidized between 30% and 40%, its woody smell changes during the infusion; the taste is delicate, a little sweet with floral notes. Its flavor persists for several infusions. Excellent for learning about wulong teas.
